The Honda Helix concept is Honda’s entry for the LA design challenge, a vehicle which interfaces along with the drivers DNA with the help of advanced adoptive polymers and offers three different configurations, one for large cities and another for the congested urban environments and high speed journeys.
The Honda Helix is built around the concept of “individuality”. Advanced adaptive polymers, which are capable of shifting color, shape and also material properties, which when coupled with the driver’s genetic code(DNA), will enhance the ability of the vehicle to be not only used for transportation, but also as an extension to the driver, and continuously evolving itself simultaneously throughout the driver’s life.
